NUTRITION IS A PERSONAL CHOICE...

We are all such unique individuals that it is important to know your own body well enough to know what works best for you. I like to find a balance between what goes on my plate and what goes on in my head; deprivation can cause its own problems including creating undue stress. My best advice is to become knowledgeable, use good sense, vary your food choices, set your goals high and allow yourself ample wiggle room.

Do not let all the information and scare tactics out there get you down... pick a handful of things you want to integrate into your diet, find the awesome menus plans that bring them to life in the best way possible for you and have fun getting creative with your food choices.  Planning and cooking your food can be a lot of fun & empowering, and once you're really into healthy options, try sprouting your own beans, grains and seeds -- you will love them!!
