TRY NOT TO BE ROADKILL

Driving on I-10 from Joshua Tree through Texas is one long desert landscape, sprinkled with some mountains and a cave or two… but long stretches of brush, an arid oasis for miles and miles.

I hoped this journey would offer some lessons I could digest while on the road, and so far, after miles upon miles of sand, I have one thing to say:

Whether animal or human, this life offers just one main goal… try not to be roadkill!
